When ordered, it will take 1-2 days extra for processing, and then it will be shipped. We Ship our tax forms VIA UPS. Overnight, 2nd day, and 3 day shipping will be shipped out same day IF order is received by 12PM EST.
Tax Changes Update
Changes to 2009 Form W-2 instructions In April, 2009 the IRS announced a change to the 2009 Form W-2 instructions printed on the back of Copy B, Notice to Employee. Language in the second paragraph was updated to include new qualifying amounts for the Earned Income Credit. However, the IRS did not update the official form to incorporate this change.
As your provider of W-2 and 1099 forms, we have updated our paper and electronic documents to include the new Form W-2 instructions. You can be certain that all 2009 W-2 forms you receive from us will reflect the most current language.
