We are proud to use FedEx for faster delivery and save your business
on shipping costs.
 All of our Tax forms are shipped from
our Warehouse in Green Bay, WI. Please use this map to see how long it
will take for shipping. When ordered, it will take 1-2 days extra for
processing, and then it will be shipped. We Ship our tax forms VIA UPS.
Overnight, 2nd day, and 3 day shipping will be shipped out same day IF
order is received by 12PM EST. 
Choice Checks is proud to use FedEx for our shipments. All of our orders are are only to be shipped in the USA. If an order is processed out side of the USA, but has an billing/shipping for the USA. The order will be canceled. We ONLY allow orders to be placed FROM the USA for security and liability reasons.
