  • Does Choice Checks, verify orders?

    Yes we do, In addition to verifying credit cards (ex. card is not stolen, address matches address on credit card), we also verify the computer IP numbers, phone numbers, verify with the bank and etc., to ensure person placing the order is not for fraudulent use. We also work closely with police and investigative agencies on fraudulent orders. If your not doing fraud, nothing to worry about.

  • How does Choice Checks deal with fraud orders? We do reserve the right to void an order, if we feel like it is fraud, based on the information that was given. If you cant get into an order, that's because the order was voided, and your access has been denied to the account you had setup and it will not be shipped. We take pride in our company and will make sure our customers are protected as well as Choice Checks.
  • Does Choice Checks Allow Separate Billing and shipping address? No, we do not allow separate billing/shipping address. Its for your protection and ours, as well as keep the fraud down. If an order is received and does have different address for billing and shipping, the order is void and canceled.   
  • What types of checks does Choice Checks offer? We offer a variety of business checks including and pre-printed laser- and inkjet-printer compatible checks.

  • Are Choice Checks compatible with my software? Check out our software compatibility page for this information.  If you do not see your program there, e-mail us at  for confirmation of compatibility.
  • How can I send my logo to you for imprinting on checks? E-mail a high quality, black and white copy of your logo WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER SO LOGOS WON'T GET MISPLACED. JPEG and BMP are ideal for best quality. Do not submit your logo via FAX, as logos do not reproduce well.
  • When will I receive my order? If we have all of the information we need, we will be able to process your order in 3-5 days for printed orders. We will email you in a PDF for the proof, and upon the approval of the proof, we will  then process your order with a FedEx shipping number.  
     
  • What do you charge for shipping? We charge actual FedEx rates (what FedEx charges us per pound. FedEx shipping fees are based upon the weight of your order and location (from Georgia to your ship to address). Our online store is connected in Real Time to FedEx in order to calculate your shipping fees.

  • How do you ship my order? We ship your order in a plain box. You'll be notified when its shipped from us.
  • What is Choice Checks refund/return policy? Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible (shipping not included). *Printed Checks are non-refundable.   • How to Return or Exchange a Purchase? You may return your purchase by USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS with a tracking number.  Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when processing a return.   All software that is unopened is eligible for a refund minus the shipping. If not opened, it  must be with in 30 days of purchase.
